This is my 5th Apple computer and I hope it lasts longer than my previous 3. The first MacBook was a 13 inch and it's still going on for over 10 years but now is it so slow The second one I had was a 21" desktop and it lasted about 3 years and it stopped working and I sent it to Apple but they couldn't fix it, the second was a 16" MacBook Pro and it lasted about 4 years he had the same problem and the apple store can't fix it either. They worked very well when new, but the problems increase with age. I also bought a 13" MacBook Air for my wife 6 months ago I had a 16" Samsung laptop and was very fast but last week it stopped working so I decided to buy an Apple MacBook Pro 13" 16 Buying GB RAM and 1TB SSD 2.0GHz 10th Gen Intel Core i5 and hoping for the new chip and technology will improve their product.Battery life was quoted as 10 hours but the best I've had after charging to 100% and continuous use was 6 or 7 hours Comparing the speeds between my old Samsung and this new MacBook Pro the Samsung is slightly faster The good thing about an Apple computer is the security, the bad is the warranty as it only gives 90 days unless you buy an extended warranty Overall rating is good.
