This cargo bag is great. I brought it with my Yakima LoadWarrior Cargo basket for long road trips. I was a bit on the fence about this bag because there were some complaints about it. But I contacted the seller and talked to their rep. She checked her records for RMAs and helped me put my worries to ease. It is waterproof like it states, because I tested it. All you have to make sure the flaps on top of the zippers are down. The bag does a decent job holding different items. I ended up buying the smaller version due to the size of the cargo basket and it fit perfectly on the cargo basket.The unit comes with storage case. Once I took it out of the case, I had some hard time putting it back it. Never really succeed. With comes with latches as well but I did not need them because I had the Yakima LoadWarrior cargo stretch net as well. Some people had concerns that instructions are complicated but since I did not use it, I cannot say yes or no to that. Overall, the cargo bag is good for the need that I had, which was to carry items and would stay dry regardless of the weather. Hope this review has been helpful.
