Our chair has been around for about 10 days. Easy assembly - total time about 15 minutes. The instructions were clear enough and all the parts were there and fitted together with no problems. The chair itself is very comfortable - even after several hours at a time. Pleasantly surprised by the lumbar support. I'm not tall and my daughter uses the chair even more than I do so there is plenty of room to spread out. A very nice feature that I didn't even know about is the adjustable handles. You can lift them all the way up when you don't need them. Overall we are very happy with the purchase so far.
