Constant leak in the pressure relief area :(

Overall, I like the design and ease of use. I've read reviews about the case ripping when installing the connector, so I made sure to be extra careful when installing to not to I hooked it up to my air compressor and immediately heard air escaping and my first reaction was that I was tearing the housing or the quick connect was not seated properly.But looking closer I could feel air escaping from the bleed valve so I tried squeezing it a few times thinking maybe it just needs planting but no I tried tightening it but that didn't help either.
