It's not strong enough to straighten my hair
I actually have normal straight hair but I need a flat iron for shiny straight hair. I think I had high expectations for this product and was disappointed. I've tried the highest heat and I'm having a hard time getting straight shiny hair like I used to with my old flat iron. On the positive side, the machine heats up quickly and is ready to use.
