The best thing about this product is its easy to use interface and it has many cool features, such as video chat, screen sharing, etc. I dislike that the website is very slow sometimes and also doesn't always load properly. I would say try out the free trial first if you haven't already. We have been able to solve the problem of not being able to work together as a team without leaving the house or office. This product has allowed me to meet with my accounting department for tax season, and we are able to collaborate on projects in real time!
