UPDATE 1/26/2021: I've had this for over a year and wear it every day. It has been remarkably helpful. I didn't expect it to last that long but it still looks brand new! I have raised my rating to 5 stars. UPDATE 9/6/2021: Finally, one of the things holding the strap together (those hinges?) broke. This group had 2 of these and the rest are still holding up the group pretty well. Finally some fraying at the edges (in one place you can see the thing that is sandwiched between two layers that may or may not be real leather). Lasted almost 2 years for €10. It still works well - the ports are still securely attached to the Fitbit. The problems are purely cosmetic. I'll most likely order another one once it gets a little worse. I like this group very much. I wanted something that would make my Charge 3 look less bulky on my small wrists while still being comfortable, and this strap does both. My wrists are under 5.5 inches (or just over 5.25 inches). I will add some photos so you can see what this strap looks like on a very small wrist. I will also include a comparison photo of the original silicone strap so you can see how much smaller the gaps are on this strap. I'm comfortable with the smallest hole of this strap and it still looks good. At first I wasn't sure about the aesthetic of the silver ports on the all-black Charge 3, but I really like the look. This helps prevent the watch from looking huge, even next to the narrower strap. I'm not sure if this is actually real leather - maybe, but it doesn't seem to me. If that's true, then I assume it's not very high-quality leather (hence 4 stars instead of 5). I don't care if it's real leather, but I do expect leather to have some toughness, and I'm not sure this band will be like that. I think time will tell. I will update my review if it doesn't seem to last as long as I expect leather to. There are two loops to hold the extra strip. I've seen some other reviewers say these loops are too big and keep moving, but so far I haven't had this problem at all. I like that they are not tied. I was concerned about the stitching on the inside of the loops, but they aren't spiky at all. I've also seen a number of reviews about the connectors not snapping in properly, but luckily I found one that connected perfectly. The connection is good, tight, with no gaps or play.
