Maledan Genuine Leather Slim Band Replacement for Fitbit Charge 3/4 - Small Size, Black Review

I didn't like the look of the strap that came standard with the Fitbit, so I immediately started looking for something else. This strap was perfect. I have a rather petite wrist, so I needed something simple and unobtrusive. Swapping the Fitbit's stock straps to this one wasn't difficult at all. I am writing this review more than half a year after purchasing this band and it is holding up great. It shows no signs of use.

I really liked the look of this strap. I'd give it five stars to begin with, although claims that it's leather are dubious. However, less than a year after purchase, it broke and the layers of "skin" splintered. It wasn't an expensive group, but the quality was extremely low. If you need a nice group for a few months then this is what you need. If you want a nice band to last at least a year, you will be disappointed.

This is an attractive band but I struggle with the little loops (locking rings) that need to hold the band in place. They're too big and keep slipping off and it's driving me crazy! Since the strap is quite narrow, the watch also tends to slip off my wrist and move. To prevent this, the band must be wrapped snugly around the wrist. I'm not sure if I can live with these problems and I'm thinking about getting the band back. Fire!

I bought this strap to replace my original black Fitbit strap which was starting to smell. Despite the fact that I often wiped it with alcohol, the smell remained. I found out that a special silicone coating + bacteria were responsible for the bad smell and decided to switch materials. In the features and details section you will know that this is calfskin. I love that these ties can spice up any outfit and look trendy. And since I have a small wrist, I love thin straps. It is very easy to attach the straps to my Fitbit Charge 3. I recommend that you don't wear them during sports or activities, if you sweat or when you participate in the water. I have this strap in black and wear it almost every day. It's convenient and safe. From the day I clipped my Fitbit to it, the Fitbit stays in place, secure, and looks pretty. I wear them with both casual and work attire (if I'm going to a very elegant event, then I change the watch). The only criticism that isn't a fair criticism is that as I have very small wrists I may have stretched the wrist a bit over the past 8 months, now I have to use the last hole in the bracelet so I'll take it soon…

The watch strap style is much more attractive than the original rubber strap that came with the Fitbit watch. I bought this new band because the original Fitbit band caused horrible skin irritation and rashes. This does not irritate the skin. UPDATE 1/26/2021: I've had this for over a year and wear it every day. It has been remarkably helpful. I didn't expect it to last that long but it still looks brand new! I have raised my rating to 5 stars. UPDATE 9/6/2021: Finally, one of the things holding the strap together (those hinges?) broke. This group had 2 of these and the rest are still holding up the group pretty well. Finally some fraying at the edges (in one place you can see the thing that is sandwiched between two layers that may
