Good shoes. but - sporty
Not a bad shoe. Comfort - 5 stars. Although lacking in ankle and heel support in my opinion. I have a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 shoes which are very stable in the heel and ankle. This one was missing. Also, the color choices are terrible! I find these colors ugly, but that's just an opinion. Shoes are light but very bulky. You can probably walk well in it, but if you do a lot of HIIT workouts, then no! This is an important reason for stability. If you want good running shoes this is good. But I would recommend Brooks for this line.
