Reliable lock adjustable.
My diamond earrings had a screw back that didn't fit snugly around my earlobes so I bought these instead. The side buttons are pressed (it's a little uncomfortable) and then moved anywhere and stay in place. I wear earrings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the backs stay in place. Highly recommended.
