I'll give this product a 1 and wish I could do less. I complained about the product and it was in good condition. The problem with this product lies in the conception and development. basket and top. To stop the drain, you need to press on it, which is attached to a plastic post that runs down the center of the basket. When this happens, the basket continues to sink down. To make matters worse, the lid comes loose. If you have uneven or jagged grooves on the inside of the drain, the leaves of the basket will get stuck in them, causing the basket to become stuck in the drain and preventing you from pulling it out. Luckily I tested this before using it and was able to use a screwdriver to pry each blade in and out. If this were used it would break and possibly clog the drain. There are so many things they could do to make it safer and better. I would even invest another 20 dollars in technical improvements. Bottom line, don't risk it. At least I only lost $15 versus $200 on a plumber call.
