Disappointed with your rating
Was very disappointed. I got the shoes wrapped and gave them to my granddaughter for her birthday. The box says size 11 (which I ordered) but the shoes were a size 9. Now I have to return them and hope to get the right size next time I order.

- Order one size larger. I don't know if I was the only one with this problem but my daughter is a size 7 and they were too tight.
