The product has some design flaws. The batteries are not secured at the back so they keep falling off and you have to remove the cover and put the batteries in each time. Also, I feel like it's draining the battery. It's been 3 days since I started using it and the motor won't turn on until I press it with my finger. Finally, the notch in the lid cannot be closed, so it may splash and leak when you start the agitator. There had to be a way to close it. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because it mixes my coffee and protein shake well when it actually works.
