If you are like me and buy spare sticks because the small protrusions are on the north, east, south and west side of your sticks are worn out, then you can be careful when buying. The protrusions on the replacement joysticks are in the shape of an "x" instead of the "+" like the original 360 controllers. While this probably isn't a problem for most people, it is a problem for a collector like me who wants everything to be as close to the original look as possible. Aside from that minor setback, the sticks feel nice and the color is pretty close. I would easily recommend this if you don't care how it looks. but I know, so 2 stars
