When I received the bracelet for the first time, one side did not break and stayed. I emailed the company and received a response very quickly. I was told not to worry about sending it back and they would send me a new one straight away. I received a new one quickly and tested it several times to make sure I was happy. I really like the look and now it looks more like a watch and I don't have to worry about the bracelet falling off. I have small wrists and it's on the last hole. So if you have really small wrists, it will probably be big. I suggested doing less and was told they were working on it. I am very happy with it and was very impressed with the customer service!
