Compared to popular cadence and speed sensors, Moofit sensors are a great value. So far they have worked flawlessly and my Garmin watch connected to them (ANT+) with no problems. I have no idea if they are accurate as I have no way of checking, but I suspect it can't be too far since the sensors are measuring fairly simple things. I would recommend. Battery life seems pretty good. I ride about 4-5 hours a week and have had the sensors for about 2 months. I don't want to completely lose power (and not write data) in the middle of a ride, but I think that's the only way to know if you need to change the batteries (unless you replace them first or take the remove and replace batteries). test, both methods are impractical for me).
