Fastening Nuts Won't Screw On
I had to return this product after going through almost the entire replacement process. As you can see from the attached video I found that the mounting nuts just fit all the way over the metal threads on the element without even engaging. These weren't broken plastic threads on the nuts - they never seized in the first place so couldn't be pulled off. So it was with both nuts. One star for this rating is too much. This item was not even manufactured to functional tolerances, so it was useless right out of the box. I will avoid this brand in the future.
