Sharks are oriented vertically instead of horizontally (not as shown in the picture) and they don't have buttons to hold the mask, so I have they added later I received it. That being said, I've been using it for a little over two months and as long as it does its job with no signs of damage, and since I spray it with sanitizer every day and wash it thoroughly every week, I'd say it's good quality for the hospital environment.
