Edit: I emailed the seller and he responded with great customer service (and very quickly)! They sent me a replacement which is great. I haven't exchanged it for another one yet so I can't say if it will break again or not but I wanted to comment on their customer service and 🤞🏼 they will be perfect! First of all I have to say that I love these covers. They are incredibly cute and look amazing. However, I am very sad because when opening the imitation leather cover (again nice color and look) the seam along the zipper ripped. It can be hidden, but I literally just opened it. I don't want to return them all so I'm hoping I can think of something else? One tip I SO love to get from Insta's Nesting With Grace is to put the covers a size larger on top of the covers. I have the 20x20 down inserts from Ikea and they are perfect! Down makes such a difference and it looks so much better in a size up. 👌🏼
