They are too small for men's ankles and feet. After a few minutes, the heel cuffs interrupt the blood circulation in the legs. Thus, there is no way to benefit from long-term use. I was hoping to shower or steam my legs before bed and then pull on the high-heeled sleeves while I sleep. It's just not practical for the average man.
