Yes this is the correct replacement cable required by some Sylvania portable DVD players . Here's why: Compare the two connectors in the first picture. Above - THIS connector - its length is 17 mm, the length required for video connectors. Other, more common plugs (like the bottom plug) are only about 14mm long and don't fit fully into the socket, so they won't work. I'm glad I was able to find a cable with the right length connectors. They are much rarer and harder to find. Now I have both screens for my kids again.
