I don't normally write reviews but this product is amazing and needs attention. I am restoring a 1940's motorcycle with very old and very small and fragile parts. Many were rusty. I have tried many other rust removal methods, vinegar, distilled water and sand or BBS, chemical solvents etc. Evapo-Rust did the trick when nothing else could and saved me so much work! Not only is it safe to use and non-toxic, but it's also reusable! I've used the gallon a few times and it still works great and cleans with just a little bit of water. I just dunked the pieces in water and left them. Rust also disappeared after an hour of soaking. This stuff has cleaned everything I've used it for. He machined steel, aluminum and brass parts! Parts came out of the day bath and looked like new. I just used a brush and clean water to clean them afterwards. Evapo washed off the rust immediately. I used distilled water to avoid rusting when washing parts. This material is not even expensive and can be reused? Wonderful! My carburettor is about 75 years old and looks like new. Aluminum shines again and brass shines! Check out my before and after photos!
