I've been using this Oxo soap dispenser for ages. Replacement bristles attach to the underside of the top soap dispenser that holds the soap. The bottom of the bristles should connect and snap at the bottom. Should: When I first bought this many years ago the replacement bristles would not attach properly causing the bottom to keep falling off. There are small grooves on the inside for holding when both are locked. For a while, they fixed the bug by miraculously tricking both of them into connecting. Except for the last 4 boxes that I bought from Amazon, all are defective. They fall off and are lost. I don't know how a product can look the way it seems to work so we can fix the bug! Back to what falls when I clean the pan. Aggravating.
