Is the washer on 03 lancer leaking?

I installed this tappet you bought and it is leaking oil. I saw on the box that it says "Oversize Crush"? Why? I also noticed that there are two different sides. One side is flat and the other is rounded. Which side goes where. My understanding is that the flat part of the crush should face the bolt and be rounded towards the oil pan. Thought this would help anyone install it, thanks. **Update: A blast washer was installed with the rounded side facing the socket opening and the flat side facing the screw. Seems to work now.
