I bought this headset in August 2009 and to be honest it's uncomfortable to wear while flying. It doesn't have noise cancellation, so external (engine) noise hits the ears heavily. I used it until October 2010, but just before one of my trips with the FAA I decided to buy a new headset from Bose. - Bose Aviation A20 with Bluetooth and noise cancellation. Quite expensive, but enough for life. If you're new to aviation and just starting out, don't buy a headset without noise-cancelling - this should be your number one priority when buying an aviation headset.
