It's NOT a soft bristle brush.
This is just a brush. It's not soft. My hair gets tangled up in it, and I have a graduated Bob, with it cut close to my head at the bottom, and then blends mid way up with texture, it's easy to style and my hair dresser can do it perfectly with a soft bristle brush and I can with my large round aluminum brush with the harder bristles, BUT. No air flows through this brush, and it's just a brush. If I had been home, to open it before the 30 days to return it, it would have been returned.
