Review on 🌡️ Capetsma LCD Digital Aquarium Alarm Thermometer: Reliable Water Temperature Monitoring – Wire-Free & Mess-Free by Dion Madison

Very good digital LCD aquarium thermometer with a large display that is very accurate!

I was looking for a new digital aquarium thermometer for my goldfish tank and came across a capetsma LCD digital aquarium with a nice big screen. But how does it compare to a $3.99 LCD aquarium thermometer with a wired sensor for temperature accuracy, so why are we buying a thermometer? let's find out This Capetma thermometer has a large 3.2 inch LCD screen in the retail box and to my surprise it actually came with a 3V CR2032 battery in the box. What I didn't know was that this battery was actually an extra one. !The thermometer actually came with a battery pre-installed, although the documentation doesn't mention this. To access the battery (in case you need to replace it in the future), remove the bottom cover. The thermometer claims an accuracy of to have +/- 1° degrees. It is installed OUTSIDE the tank, it is attached to the glass with the double-sided tape provided. You can also set HIGH and LOW temperature points to alert you when these thresholds are reached. The display can also switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius to read the temperature. How accurate is the thermometer? After installation, I first put a $3.99 LCD aquarium thermometer with a wired probe that I had from another aquarium into the goldfish tank transferred my son's to compare and was blown away by the result: the Capetsma measured the temperature (with a glass contact sensor) at 79.5°F, while the aquarium LCD thermometer measured 3.99 to llara from mine Guppy aquarium measured it at 72.9°F, the difference between the two is 6.6°. I wasn't sure which one was correct, so I used two additional thermometers - a non-contact FLTR infrared thermometer set to SURFACE (and BODY) to measure the temperature of the water (surface), and a meat thermometer (off the kitchen). . to measure the water temperature. FLTR measured the water surface temperature at 80.1°F and a kitchen meat thermometer measured the water temperature at 80.4°F; It was definitely a lot closer to Capetsma in measuring the glass temperature of the then $3.99 LCD aquarium thermometer. The $3.99 LCD Aquarium Thermometer has been decommissioned and sent to the bin and I will be replacing it with another Capetma LCD Thermometer. Therefore it is a good LCD aquarium thermometer with a large transparent display, which is also accurate (for my device) and is recommended!
