Great sound, easy to set up and use. To update. It took about a month and I had to send them back. The sound was great, no complaints but they first started dropping the connection when I answered the call. I contacted support and nothing, they said they would send a replacement. I waited and nothing contacted them again, they said they were already delivered. They weren't there, then I got a charging mount. For the price I expected better product and customer service. To update. It took months, but eventually I contacted someone and was able to find a replacement for me. There are some good in-ear headphones out there and in the end they lived up to their warranty and now I'm happy with them. They are secure and have different tips and wings. Just hope you can get a good one and don't have to exchange it.
