After the initial problems with putting the headphones in my ears, I now enjoy excellent sound quality. I don't use headphones very often, so I can't comment on the battery life. Customer service is top notch!

I mainly use it for work. My job requires me to move underground and attics regularly, so I needed a headset that would be comfortable and not worry about falling out and getting lost. After losing a pair of headphones I found them and they are exactly what I was looking for.

With the standard picks that came with them, they didn't fit my ears well and the sound was a little above average. After installing a pair of memory foam ear tips, the sound was amazing. When I called I was heard very well and those on the other end of the line had no complaints about hearing me. Again, the sound was amazing with the separately available foam soundproofing tips. I wish they were designed and sold with better earbuds.

Really good sports headphones. The first thing I noticed was the good fit. They adapt very well to the inside of your ear and include adapters for other ear sizes. The sound quality is what I expect from Monster. Great bass and tight highs. Good sound. I love the cases on these headphones. They have good LED indicators showing the case's charge and seem to charge very quickly. The lid closes securely. All in all a great headphone.

So I got them and they were about half full maybe a quarter full and they survived a 9 hour trip across the state which is amazing because I wasn't happy with the circumstances and decided to just take them and leave. Summary: These Monster in-ear headphones sound great and have replaced my other wireless and wired headphones as well as the Bluetooth headset I used for phone calls as the Monster mic is just superb .
