Great for holey moms
These are the only nursing pads that fit me. My child suddenly slept from 3 hours of sleep to 6 and then 10 hours. My milk couldn't keep up with the changes and I was bleeding like crazy. These are the only pads that might hold up. But they're also thin enough to wear under my clothes on days when I'm away from baby for more than 1 or 2 meals and I'm afraid of leakage.
