Didn’t work with my Nicchi sewing machine

The insert keeps popping out of the frame. I found it cumbersome. It came without directions. No "how to " whatsoever. Found videos helpful but still couldn’t get it to work. Do your research before buying. I have a Nicchi sewing machine.
