Remote power supply

I am building a kitchen for the back of my Jeep Wrangler and I need 12v power for a 120v inverter and a 12v fridge/freezer I run these wires from my dual battery setup under the hood to the rear of my Jeep with a quick disconnect switch so I can take the galley off when I'm not camping.
