BlastMatch is the best for camping and hiking

Works perfectly, have been wearing it for 15 years and my original still works. I bought one of these to teach my 10 year old granddaughter how to make an emergency fire. In the country I wear one on an old leather strap around my neck. I wouldn't want to spend an unexpected night in the woods without him. Ignore reviews that criticize the design for requiring a hard surface to press on. This is not a problem. Yes, it CAN be operated with one hand if you understand its mechanics. Some say they can't use it to light camping stoves because it can't be used outdoors, that's not true. Simply press down with your palm and let the sparks fall into the furnace. Practice first, place a piece of toilet paper on a non-combustible surface, place the ferrite stick in the center of the fabric, press and slide the whipping stick against the ferrite stick. A shower of sparks will ignite the fabric once you learn it. My 8 year old grandson figured it out in no time. Highly recommended
