Review on PeopleTrack VM by Matt Welch

I like how it works with our existing security system, and has helped to keep up to date of who's in which room at what time. It also allows me to see which areas are getting high traffic so i can assign more staff there if needed (it shows you an outline map too). The software needs work - sometimes lags behind times etc. We used it for our annual open house but they have since stopped supporting it so we had no option other than to upgrade to their cloud version. This means all your info is stored online and not locally, and you need to pay monthly subscriptions. The easy set up and configuration of the system. The software does not have a lot of features but what it has is very powerful. It does everything you need a visitor management system to do and more. There is nothing I dislike about this product. If you are looking for a simple, easy to use visitor management system this is it! We used the software to manage our large event space in a way that was user friendly and allowed us to take real time data reports.
