Great program if you need to keep track of visitors

I like that it has a lot of features to track visitors. It can be a little difficult to set up, but once you do it is easy to use. It is very helpful to keep track of visitors and also for my supervisors to see who is in the building. It is not a bad program. I think that the software needs to be a little more user friendly. Easy & user friendly system that works flawlessly

I like how easy it was to set up, as well as all of its features! It's not too difficult for someone with no experience in this field at least - we were able to get everything working within about an hour after setting things up once (which took less than 10 minutes). The software has been very helpful so far; however there have only been minor issues which are easily fixed by contacting our support team when they arise. Excellent product - solved many issues

The benefits are numerous, but I can honestly say best of all PeopleTrack has fixed my problems with other vendor systems! We have been able to keep our site secure without fear of someone hacking into another system. There really isn't anything I dislike about it at this time. It's very easy for us to use as well as set up and configure. They also offer several different plans depending upon how much traffic you need handled. Solid Visitor Management Solution For Event Venues

I like how it works with our existing security system, and has helped to keep up to date of who's in which room at what time. It also allows me to see which areas are getting high traffic so i can assign more staff there if needed (it shows you an outline map too). The software needs work - sometimes lags behind times etc. We used it for our annual open house but they have since stopped supporting it so we had no option other than to upgrade to their cloud version. PeopleTrack VM - Tried & tested- excellent support

I like the ability to setup zones for different types of clients, such as VIP's, Employees and Contractors. The software has many options for customizing your settings. It can be complicated at first but it is easy once you figure out what you want to do. Setting up the software was more difficult than I expected.
