The benefits are numerous, but I can honestly say best of all PeopleTrack has fixed my problems with other vendor systems! We have been able to keep our site secure without fear of someone hacking into another system. There really isn't anything I dislike about it at this time. It's very easy for us to use as well as set up and configure. They also offer several different plans depending upon how much traffic you need handled. You can get started right away if you just want basic tracking and reporting capabilities, then there is always room to grow your plan. As we've grown over 10 years it has taken longer than expected, but their support team is still great and responds quickly when needed.
