The ability to connect to both Salesforce and Hubspot was amazing. And I loved how easy it was to make changes across multiple channels (email, social media, websites). I do not like having to keep track of all campaigns within the software itself so I would have to go to each specific channel to see that information. If this were an add-on, then this would be great! We are trying to implement Marketing Automation for our sales team. While Hubspot is working well for our Marketing Team, we still cannot figure out what to use with the sales team. This allowed me to integrate my email marketing into one platform. It also allows me to easily pull data from Hubspot. Our main goal has been to streamline the process of getting new prospects in touch with our sales team so they can become customers. I like the ease of use, it is very easy to set up and configure your campaigns. It has a lot of features and can be used for almost every type of campaign. The customer service is also great. Nothing so far, everything seems to work as expected. We are using this product for our email marketing campaigns. It makes our life easier when it comes to sending emails.
