I just love these things, I'm a crazy person, love to run and lift weights, basically if it's weight on the bench and makes my heart beat and sweat, consider me yours. But just like the exercises that get it out of my body, I also like to bring it back and help it recover. I've had so many pre-post protein and BCAAS powders and pills that I can't remember which ones I took, only they didn't do me any good, didn't make me sick, or all of the above. This has to be my favorite, I love the watermelon flavor, well I did until I bought another brand, the taste is disgusting and makes me sick and nervous. Kind of put me off the taste until I saw this, I already have Old School Labs products and they are awesome, basically I thought it was worth a try as products are pretty naked which means good things and bad things . very useful and great for everyone. BCAA powder is great, doesn't have a sweet artificial taste or leaves a sweet taste in the mouth 40 minutes after consumption. Water, ice cubes, water and this powder, and wow, good to go. And my muscles feel better after just a few hours of training. love it
