I had ordered days prior to my son departure and received it 4 days late. He was not able to use it because it came on the day he left. It looks like it’s easy to use and I like that it’s filled with beads instead of gel but I’m not sure if both feet will fit at the same in the slot as picture shows but it’s a good size
