I like how easy it is to set up campaigns and track results. The platform has been updated several times over the years and seems to be getting better every time. It's not perfect but we've solved most of our challenges. They have an excellent team who are extremely responsive. Support tickets get answered quickly. The dashboard can be very confusing at first glance. If you're looking for a simple CRM that doesn't cost a fortune then this might work for you. We were able to create custom fields for one of our products and add them to our emails. This made it easier for customers to understand what they were buying.
