I like how easy it is to set up campaigns and track results. The platform has been updated several times over the years and seems to be getting better every time. It's not perfect but we've solved most of our challenges. They have an excellent team who are extremely responsive. Support tickets get answered quickly. The dashboard can be very confusing at first glance. If you're looking for a simple CRM that doesn't cost a fortune then this might work for you. We were able to create custom fields

The system is very simple to use with multiple options for targeting customers who are interested in your brand or products/services you offer! I enjoy sending mass emails using this software. The format is very easy to read with ample space for customization of every message sent out through its platform. It's simple too add attachments/images in messages without affecting email delivery rates.
