Great experience dealing wth customer care team

I enjoy sending mass emails using this software. The format is very easy to read with ample space for customization of every message sent out through its platform. It's simple too add attachments/images in messages without affecting email delivery rates. There isn't much downsides as it gives you full autonomy over your emails once set up like any other e-mail platform we had used previously; but most importantly they don’t have native call centers or agents who can answer inquiries about our product when called directly from customers (as opposed to having them pickup phone calls.) You should really use iels if you want maximum control over all things related to online communications, including communication between brands &amp within each brand. We love working together with various organizations because being constantly connected allows us an overall better insight into what people are thinking during different times of day &amp holidays etc., hence increasing efficiency when solving problems relating products sold across channels. I like how easy it is to use for both customers and employees! It's very user friendly and intuitive. The platform has been updated several times over the last few years which makes us feel confident in its continued development. There are some minor issues with the system but they have been addressed quickly. We've seen an overall decrease in complaints from our clients since using this software. Our client retention rate has improved as well.
