Does not include the entire remote control and BAD sensor panel. Will the seller fix this? Keep for updates.

The remote control is not working properly due to a defective sensor bar. Missing Wii Motion Plus, which is required for the two included games. I paid almost $900 and it doesn't work. Is this seller legit?
