I bought this charger hoping that now that we work and spend money we can charge all our school equipment from at home. I had another brand that had six outlets and worked well for me for many years. However, this device got very hot on the second day of use with only five devices plugged in. I heard a bang and smelled burning wires. We'll see if it works again when it cools down, but that's disappointing as I was hoping it would be a good long-term fix.
