As others have noted, the material feels flimsy and unreliable. So far, however, I've found it to be stronger than it looks. I took it on a weekend bus trip and it held up well to about 10 pounds inside. I have a fuchsia color, nice and light. The backpack is higher than most standard backpacks, but fits very well and is not too high. The shoulder straps are comfortable too, although I'm not sure the handle is strong enough to hang from. As some others have noted, the backpack doesn't stand up on its own. It would be nice if there was some non-slip material on the bottom to prevent this. In general this is a decent backpack for medium loads.
