The plug does not match the size.
End cap too big. When you hang it, the fork sticks out far from the wall, causing the mirror to hang down and not flat against the wall. I can't return it because it's out of date. I ordered them in advance thinking they would put a plug on the back to fit behind the mirror. You can't use a wall socket because the base of the plug doesn't fit in the hole. Terrible design. Now I'm stuck with a mirror that can't shine.
