Review on inSitu Sales by William Bell

The app has enabled our employees at work across multiple sites/branches of business using their Smartphones for taking both customer feedback as well as providing them service when needed! Very easy & quick setup process which allows us train new team members within days rather than weeks. I have not seen any drawbacks yet but we are only 2 months into its use so far. We can now easily interact directly from one location without having to travel physically between branches if required - this saves time therefore increasing productivity levels significantly! The ease of use for our team, and the support given by the team at InSitu has been excellent! They are constantly working to improve their software and make it easier for us to do our jobs. I have not had any issues with this product so far. We like that we can run reports from anywhere. It's easy to use. There is nothing I dislike about this program. It works great for our company. Our customers love being able to place orders without having to wait on hold while calling multiple times.
