The assembly process was very easy and very easy. However, the actual product has a limited range of motion, and for our particular monitor setup, the stem wasn't long enough for the adjusters. Our current monitor setup includes a 34-inch and a 27-inch monitor, so that's slightly more than the maximum handle for two 32-inch monitors. The installation is fine but it doesn't seem able to support the weight stated in the description. We put our 27 inch monitor on top and it keeps going down no matter how tight we tighten the screws and adjust the height. It is constantly at a 30-degree angle and faces down, obscured by the tilt of the lower monitor. Neither monitor weighs anywhere near 17 pounds, so I'm not sure why both hang so low no matter how tight the screws are.
