Review on Minotaur Business System by Kevin Harmon

I like that we can see everything from one screen. It is very easy to use and navigate. The reporting features are great. They have been able to add new fields and reports without much of an issue. There are some things that could be added or improved. For example, they would need to make it so that when you print off invoices you do not lose any information in the process. Also, I wish there was a way to print off a copy of an invoice but keep the original file safe. We solved our problems of how to track all of our inventory and what products were being sold at what time. It's easy enough that it is intuitive once we got used to how everything works. The reporting can be overwhelming if not done right but there are resources available online which make this task much easier than I expected! There isn't anything negative about MinoTBS at all actually its been great so far!! We've only had one issue since our implementation date (about 6 months ago now), however they were able to resolve within 24 hours of us contacting them directly via email.
