May not work with the latest software updates.

I bought these ink carts. and they installed and worked fine for several months until I ran the latest software updates. Now they are not recognized. Here is the answer I got from Epson: The Epson XP-330 is designed to only work with genuine Epson brand ink cartridges. Ink cartridges and consumables from other brands are not compatible and may not work properly or at all, even if they are described as compatible.
